The house welcomes us with a majestic entrance, which already hints at the splendour that is to come, followed by an equally beautiful vestibule and a corridor, adorned along its entire length by the walls in school, which leads us to the discovery of 2 bedrooms, one of which is en suite, an office-library (which can also be a bedroom), a very cosy and bright living room surrounded by mouldings on the walls and ceiling, the dining room that also has its moulded ceiling and an exceptional volume and, finally, two bathrooms, one of which is private.
The stairs inside the house take us to the 1st floor where the master-suite of more than 35.00 m2 is located, very quiet, with a beautiful unobstructed view over the city and the garden. It has a private room, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. The floor also includes a laundry room and access to the large terrace of more than 127.00 m2 well distributed, with garden furniture under a pergola, several plants and water to water them. There is a beautiful view over the rooftops of the city.
The fully equipped kitchen, with Falcon stove, transports us to the countryside in a refined atmosphere.
