A 73-hectare estate located in Cercal do Alentejo, in Santiago do Cacem, 30 minutes from Alentejo beaches and close to the Southwest Alentejo - Vicentine Coast Natural Park. The property borders the Campilhas Dam reservoir for 1.3 km.

The existing building is in ruins and is located on the shore of the reservoir, less than 500 meters from the maximum height of the dam. Cercal do Alentejo is a typical village with an historic center of great interest. There are prehistoric, Roman, and Arab discoveries. Its first written reference dates to 1274.

Currently surrounded by many small farms and located near the Campilhas dam, it has a mild climate, which allows it to have one of the most diverse faunas and floras in the whole of south-west Alentejo.

In the village, we can highlight the Igreja Paroquia do Cercal/ Igreja Matriz de Nossa Senhora da Conceicao (pre-18th century) with its traditional religious festivals with processions, dances and food. The Ermida da Fonte Santa, Roman Bridge, Windmills, legendary old fountains and houses from that period.
