These four houses, each with three bedrooms, garage and swimming pool, are being built in the municipality of S. Bras de Alportel.
Four plots of land with independent entrances and two attached, with the garages as the common area, offer the privacy similar to that of a detached house.
All the houses have one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. The materials used provide robustness and excellent acoustic and thermal insulation. Very good finishes, fully equipped kitchens with top-of-the-range appliances, bathrooms with underfloor heating and a ventilation system on the ground floor, which allows air to be renewed without reducing the ambient temperature.
Construction is expected to be completed in early 2025. The horizontal property will allow the houses to be completed and sold independently and even to speed up the sale of the houses that have been approved.
The municipality of S. Bras has 10,266 inhabitants, a large European and British community, largely due to its location in the centre of the Algarve, bordering four other municipalities: Loule, Faro, Olhao and Tavira. The town is very popular due to its central location, offering a quiet area, but with easy access to the coast or to any point in the Algarve, via the Via do Infante. Its history and culture give it the soul and personality of the town and municipality that is unique in the interior of the Algarve. It is crossed by the legendary National Road No. 2 (EN2) that crosses the country from Chaves to Faro, allowing travellers, in increasing numbers, to get to know the country from the inside, its people and customs.
The Algarve mountains, with their characteristic landscape, have a large predominance of cork oaks, medium-sized trees, from which cork is extracted, a product of which Portugal is the world's leading producer.
