Quinta de Cima is located in Torres Novas and has a project viability for tourism, the Quinta is divided into three distinct plots.
It includes a residential development, a water park, and a country hotel.
The Rural Hotel consists of 3 floors, with 38 double rooms, 4 single rooms and 4 suites.
Of these rooms, 4 double rooms will be prepared, in terms of area, spatial organization and equipment, for people with reduced mobility. The hotel will have a private green area and also basement and surface parking spaces.
All plots are interconnected through a main street, which operate in private, but also public use.
It is intended that the buildings articulate with the land and take advantage of the existing sun exposure, sustainable buildings, both in terms of autonomy and in terms of materials that enable the use of renewable energies.
The Quinta has excellent location, good access and views.
