New E-Class convertible

With enlarged dimensions, a wide array of smart innovations, clear and elegant design, this model completes the renewal of Mercedes' famous E-class family.

123 mm longer, 74 mm wider than its predecessor, with a wheelbase 113 mm larger, the new E-Class convertible comes with a choice of five versions of petrol and diesel engines, and 9G-TRONIC nine-speed automatic transmission. Electronic 4MATIC all-wheel drive is also available for the first time. The interior is equipped with particularly refined features. Starting with air vents resembling jet turbines with a silver shadow finish, and new interior Yacht Blue and Titian Red colours. The E-Class dashboard has been retained, truly magnificent with its double 12.3-inch screen.

The 4-seater open-air model shares smart innovations with the saloon : Wide-screen cockpit, Touch Controls on the steering wheel, full smartphone integration with wireless charger and key function, Attention Assist pack, Remote Parking Assist, Car-to-X solution, Air Body Control, and Multibeam Led headlights. The convertible keeps its promise of real comfort. The acoustic fabric soft-top, in dark brown, blue, red or black, opens and closes in only 20 seconds up to 50 km/h, enabling the passenger compartment to be ranked as the quietest in its category. Options include an electric windscreen and Airscarf neck-level heating. Standard 17-inch tyres emphasize the convertible's sporty character.
