The BMW eDrive’s motorisation can claim to be innovative, silent and emission-free. Recharging takes close on 1 hr 38 mins. for 100 km from a home Walbox, while 6 mins. suffice from a high-power terminal, again for 100 km. Crystal headlights and an illuminated kidney grille reinforce the i7’s personality. It offers flowing design set off by chrome, with L-shaped tail-lights emphasizing its posture.
The curved 14.9” display screen extends horizontally across the dashboard. The model promises unique, multi-sensory info/entertainment with a 31.3” screen at the rear, the aptly-named “BMW Theatre Screen”, and speakers built into the doors for a cinematic experience. The i7’s interior offers a welcoming lounge ambiance. By day, the Panoramic Sky Lounge LED roof invites natural light inside the car, then offers an array of ambient light moods by night.
Ergonomics have been closely studied, with materials worked upon to reflect expert craftsmanship. High technology also participates in the driving experience, together with numerous connected services.
