V12 Speedster : calling all purists

Inspired by car-racing and aeronautical design, the bespoke customization service “Q by Aston Martin” sets the final touch to this limited edition. Cutting-edge materials and an aerodynamic silhouette... All guaranteeing the driver impressive performance.

Just 88 models for the happy few, not one more. Fans of the Gaydon brand are ready and waiting. Enthroned on board, ZF 8-speed automatic transmission, a 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 engine with a peak output of 700 hp, and 753Nm of torque. The Speedster accelerates to 100  km/h in 3.5 seconds and attains a top speed of 300 km/h. Born of an unprecedented collaboration with Boeing, the livery is finished in Skyfall Silver, with magnetic harmony provided by contrasting Satin Black for the vent grilles, exhaust tips and vanes.

A chassis in bonded aluminium, carbon fibre bodywork and elements borrowed from the DBS and Vantage... Enough to set Ferrari, Lamborghini and McLaren trembling as they line up respectively the SP1, Aventador and Elva.

Reduced to essentials, the anthracite interior with tweaky red details serves as a double pilot station. Lines are both sleek and powerful. No roof, no windscreen, but a strange spine separating the two occupants. A reference to the DB3S of 1953 when the dashboard recalled Uncle Sam’s fighter jet, the F/A-18 Hornet. Racy luxury has its price, as announced by the British manufacturer : £765,000, ie. 880,000-890,000 €.
