Nicolas Bianco, creator of the Caffé Bianco, a well-known address on the Riviera, has inaugurated his new establishment called “Gusto”. In a bright dining-room decorated with talent, diners are treated to dishes with southern accents. The ingredients have been carefully selected : the ravioli with truffles come from Barale, the fillet of sea-bass comes from the day’s catch...
