Until the end of August, Cannes plays host to an exhibition entitled "Bande-annonce, la Collection Jean Pigozzi à Cannes" staging over 100 works of contemporary African art : paintings, sculptures and photographs signed by 27 artists from the 1960's to the present day. The event announces the creation of the world's first museum dedicated to the Pigozzi Collection, which will soon be installed in the deconsecrated Saint-Roch chapel in the Old Town of Le Suquet.
