Léger and more

Mainly inspired by collections from the National Fernand Léger Museum in Biot and those of the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nice (MAMAC), this exhibition stages a dialogue between works by Fernand Léger (1881-¬1955), a pioneer in modern art, and more than 30 works by avant-¬garde artists in Europe and the USA, from the 1960’s to the present day. Players in this face-to-face include Niki de Saint¬-Phalle, Yves Klein, Keith Haring and Martial Raysse.
