Victoria 1836 Designed by Sarah Lavoine, this restaurant clad in wood and velvet pays homage to long-established rules of Parisian refinement. From dawn to dusk, gazing at the fabulous view of the Arc de Triomphe, fans settle down to sample a cuisine of French inspiration proposed by Chef Alexandre Auger under the benevolent eye of Yannick Alléno.
