Revamped by Pierre-Yves Rochon, the gastronomic restaurant at the Hôtel Hermitage is now a sleek, sober and glowing venue, combining traditional Art Deco with high-tech. It has also been treated to a private lounge and a bar, Le Cristal, which owes its name to collections of Lalique and Daum displayed in showcases.
