For the Parisian market, we back up our recommendations and split our activities equally between Paris intra-muros and prized communes in the western suburbs, such as Levallois, Saint Cloud, Neuilly, Boulogne... Our bonus is the fall-back market. We introduce clients to communes and neighbourhoods they would not have considered instinctively : Neuilly instead of the 16th or 17th arrondissements, Issy les Moulineaux instead of the 15th… Buyers, and particularly families, thus gain in terms of space and lifestyle with houses or apartments benefiting from terraces or gardens. Properties within Paris are becoming scarce and prices are over the top, whence the enthusiasm for these communes.
