Agences Privilèges Paris, a new approach to muxury

Direct contacts, transparency and efficiency” are the principles adopted by the team of Guillaume Carlier, founder of the Agences Privilèges. Based in Nantes and Paris, this group of young entrepreneurs offers clients easier accessibility on an everyday basis and tailormade services which brought them attention and built their sound reputation in the field in less than five years. Shaking up estate agency codes by injecting a good dose of attentiveness, transparency and efficiency, such was the approach taken by Guillaume Carlier, a native of Nantes and former high-level athlete who founded Privilèges in 2014. Specializing in prestige properties, backed by a loyal team sharing the same principles and a high-quality network (bankers, legal consultants, architects…), the group is consolidating its presence in the most highly-prized neighbourhoods of Nantes and Paris. “I acquired experience in prestige real-estate when I created Horse Immo, a company focusing on equestrian properties which became a leader in this ultra-specialized market,” explains Guillaume Carlier. “I also learnt from my experience in north America that each transaction benefits from close direct contact. Our aim is to offer our clientele top-notch advice and service founded on real communication and relationships of quality. For us, accessibility, reactivity and honesty are essential values which contribute to our success and serve the profession.” On the subject of the market in Paris, he adds : “We are still seeing a lively, rather tight market with a slight rise in prices, constant but not dramatic. I think that 2019 will be marked by the return of a high number of French ex-pats leaving London and investing in the best neighbourhoods in Paris. Today, the average price per sq. metre in the capital has attained 10,000 € and it is confirming its position among the world’s top cities”. What about the future for Privilèges ? “The launch of a new Parisian agency,” says Guillaume Carlier, “in the Saint-Germain neighbourhood on the Left Bank.”
