Beauchamp Estates : a rosy future !
What a long way has been covered since its creation in the London neighbourhood of Mayfair four decades ago ! From the start, this real-estate group has preserved a taste for fine old stone, elegance and prime locations. Adrien Willing-Lamy looks back over the impressive achievements of Beauchamp Estates.
Always at the forefront in the UK capital, Beauchamp Estates can now be found in Mykonos, Tel Aviv, New York, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, and very soon in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. The agency specializes in sales and seasonal rentals. In France alone, on the Côte d’Azur, in Le Var and Provence, it offers more than 500 high-end properties, not forgetting confidential operations handled in Paris. The opening of the branch on the Place des Lices in the summer of 2020 has been a real success.
The same result is also foreseen over the coming weeks in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, an inauguration and person-to-person reception which will physically express an already existing impact in the area since the launch of the first French agency in Cannes. The Property Management department handles prestigious properties all year round, offering administrative and accounting services, as well as bespoke solutions for demanding owners.
In France, Beauchamp Estates relies on a team of 20, all responsible for their sectors and their type of property. Unlike the majority of real-estate players, its management encourages solidarity, mutual assistance and complementarity.
Among its record sales, the General Manager mentions the Domaine de Miraval acquired by the Jolie-Pitt couple in 2008 and, much more recently, the largest seafront property in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat offering living space of 1,700 m2 and sold for 200 million euros, with the international market seeing a record sale in Washington DC for a total of 79 million dollars, and that of a London property which changed hands at 215 million pounds in 2019.
These dizzying figures should not be seen as unique or exclusive positioning on the part of Beauchamp Estates on the ultra-top end of the market. “Today, the quality of our team members, in-depth understanding of our clients and perfect familiarity with our chosen areas enable us to target more affordable market segments with real efficiency. The market remains very buoyant. The only fly in the ointment is the onset of a scarcity of properties.” Adrien Willing-Lamy remains optimistic, convinced that his team’s agility is a constant driving force.
