Emmanuelle Langla acquired this agency located in Biarritz in 2020, backed by a small team of three. “My career has been entirely devoted to sales. I started out in Paris as key account manager for a pharmaceutical laboratory, then joined a temporary employment agency before turning my attention to real estate in 2019.”
At the start of this year, she teamed up with Christine Montoya who handles all of the agency’s legal side. “We are very complementary, and saw it as self-evident,” says Christine Montoya. “I have 22 years of experience as a notary and spent six years working in an estate agency in Anglet. Our added value lies in these different careers guaranteeing tailormade follow-up from A to Z for our clients. Depending on their profiles, we can direct them towards new projects such as the “viager” or bare ownership.
