BRIEL & PARTNERS, A FOCUS ON TEAMWORK

The story began in 1992 when Stéphane Briel, graduate of the “Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises du Tourisme” in Aix-en-Provence and holder of an IUT from Toulon, took his first steps in the family agency.

After two years spent winning his spurs, he acquired his parents’ firm and developed it by adding a seasonal rental service, then a property management service. After opening several agencies in Salernes, Les Arcs and Vidauban, he turned over the firm in 2018 to a group based in Toulon in order to focus on his agency in Lorgues, which he successfully oriented towards high-end real estate.

In 2023, the eight members in the team were able to benefit from a marketing service dedicated to the use of social media, professionalization of photographs, a system of live visits by appointment, the creation of videos showing ambiance or filmed by drone, subscription to carrier sites and appearances in high-end reviews, not forgetting elegant metamorphosis of the sales area.
