In the agency in Bouaye, higher prices, from 210,000 to 280,000 €, target a more eclectic clientele. In the first, second and third rings around Nantes, we are protected : there are certainly fewer availabilities, but not a real scarcity, as in Nantes, where the market is currently saturated”.
