Cyrille Auzout Transactions
Cyrille Auzout presents himself as a trustworthy partner offering an on-line service and bespoke appointments, personalized and highly confidential. Covering a vast area encompassing Paris, Geneva and the Bassin Genevois, the Côte d’Azur and south-eastern France, he offers a wide selection of properties comprised of prestigious houses and apartments.
Backed by 20 years of experience in real estate, Cyrille Auzout specialized in three fields in the course of his career : the sale of luxury residences, new developments, and asset management. Expertise that led him to launch his own agency, Catimmobilier, in 2015. “My main asset is that I travel to meet future buyers and sellers, offering them private appointments,” explains Cyrille Auzout. “I reverse the process which usually consists of the client being obliged to visit an agency. I propose a service, bespoke and by request, allowing for a great deal of flexibility and avoiding the need for clients to come to the agency. Most of my communication is based on relationships and the Internet with, among other things, virtual tours, a major innovation enabling buyers to visit several properties in just a few minutes while staying at home. A tool which has met with great success during the Coronavirus crisis.” On the subject of the property market, he adds : “In France, we do not have a linear market. Paris has been struggling a little since Covid, though we are beginning to see a slight upturn in activity. On the Côte d’Azur, however, enquiries are flowing in, mainly from French buyers. I recently sold an apartment of 145 m2 in Paris, close to Notre Dame, with three bedrooms and a parking place, priced at 3,200,000 €. I also sold an apartment of 120 m2 in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, a stone’s throw from the beach, with a large terrace and two parking places, priced at 1.3 million euros. As for the future, the property market has been on hold, like many other sectors, but is starting up again. Those betting on lower prices are mistaken : there is a lack of accommodation and I therefore think that prices are unlikely to fall. In contrast to the stock market, real estate is a safe haven, and the healthcare crisis has underlined that fact”.
