Backed by a strong identity, the Emile Garcin Group pays close attention to its selection of properties, guaranteeing beauty and charm : “We are highly selective about the properties we present for sale or rent, even declining certain houses or apartments occasionally. We also sign mandates almost always on an exclusive basis with our clients”.

On the subject of the French property market, Emmanuel Garcin explains : “The health crisis has made deep changes over the past two years. It has led people to leave big cities and resulted in an explosion in markets in the country and the provinces. Even if Paris remains the world’s favourite capital, Brittany, Provence and the Côte d’Azur are witnessing substantial demand.

Faced by these changes and the imbalance between supply and demand, we are seeing a clear trend towards higher prices which rose 10% on average in 2021. The future ? I think that these changes will last, that teleworking is henceforth a norm, but that there will be rebalancing in large cities and especially in Paris”.
