Gabrielle Dorfmann Immobilier celebrates its third anniversary
Backed by over 10 years’ experience and a true passion for real estate, Gabrielle Dorfmann sets her stamp on the finest neighbourhoods of Paris. Inspired by principles borrowed from family enterprises, Gabrielle Dorfmann Immobilier is comprisedof two agencies bearing the same name with a team of 10, all driven by the same passion for the profession. Encounter with a talented young woman…
Heading up two agencies in the chic 7th arrondissement, Gabrielle Dorfmann has met with growing success over the past three years, on both banks of the Seine : “We are very active on the Left Bank of Paris, though that does not prevent us from handling transactions on the Right Bank, in the 16th arrondissement, the 8th, in the “Golden Triangle” and Neuilly in particular. We recently sold a small pied-à-terre of 60 m2 on the first floor, in the 8th arrondissement, for over 15,000 € per sq.m. We are winning the loyalty of a clientele appreciative of the way we work, and the intimate, family side of our structure. Focusing on the high end of the market, we propose select properties in both agencies, with small, medium or large surface areas, always in good locations in highly-prized neighbourhoods”. On the subject of the capital’s property market, Gabrielle Dorfmann adds : “We made an excellent start to the year 2019, marked by a significant number of sales. Over the past few weeks, the market has become tighter, prices are very high : in Saint-Germain, they range from 14,000 to 30,000 € per sq.m and more, while on the Right Bank, in the Golden Triangle, prices are soaring, from 15,000 to 25,000 € per sq.m and beyond, especially on the prestigious Avenue Montaigne. The market is clearly on the rise, clients are becoming very demanding, though for sales of properties posting prices over and above 3 million euros, the average selling time has lengthened. The core of demand currently concerns apartments from 100 to 150 m2 benefiting from terraces, and also large family apartments. Foreign buyers set their sights on high-end properties and are especially fond of the Left Bank, appreciating the very Parisian charm of its neighbourhoods, and the Marais, also highly sought-after. As for affluent French buyers, they are as fond as ever of the 16th arrondissement, previously highly-prized by Middle Eastern clients, who now focus more on the Golden Triangle”.
