Also, a new factor, in the 6th and 7th arrondissements, main roads hitherto under-estimated as compared to their neighbourhood, such as Rue de Rennes or Boulevard Raspail, have seen their prices rise considerably, approaching those on the most sought-after streets such as Rue de Grenelle and Rue de l’Université. As for the future, I am very optimistic : properties in Paris are sound investiments, profitable over the medium term (7 to 10 years), and thus secure and reliable assets”.
