Galerie de l’Immobilier : Paris prestige
Opened in the year 2000 by Jules Caris, the Galerie de l’Immobilier on Rue Mazarine covers the entire Left Bank but is also active in the capital’s most appealing neighbourhoods. Backed by in-depth knowledge of the Parisian market and a far-reaching view of what professional service should provide, Jules Caris and his team give all-round consideration to notions of advice and assistance.
On the strength of 26 years of experience in Parisian real estate, Jules Caris launched his own agency in 2000 with two partners, whose shares he acquired in 2010. It is strategically positioned on the Left Bank, at the very heart of its activities. “We focus especially on all the highly-prized areas on the Left Bank, in the 5th, 6th and 7th arrondissements, but also high-end neighbourhoods on the Right Bank such as the Golden Triangle, the northern part of the 16th and Le Marais,” explains Jules Caris. Dealing with a mostly French clientele, the Galerie de l’Immobilier nevertheless has a significant share of foreign buyers and sellers : “I’m from Canada and I speak very good English, which allows me to communicate very easily with an international clientele. My team members also speak several languages (Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese,) and ensure meticulous follow-up of each mandate, including answers, in the broader sense, to questions relating to tax and legal issues.” On the subject of the evolution of the Parisian market, Jules Caris says : “Over the past few months, we have seen a very clear upturn in activity and a significant return on the part of English, American and Brazilian clients. Also, a new factor, in the 6th and 7th arrondissements, main roads hitherto under-estimated as compared to their neighbourhood, such as Rue de Rennes or Boulevard Raspail, have seen their prices rise considerably, approaching those on the most sought-after streets such as Rue de Grenelle and Rue de l’Université. As for the future, I am very optimistic : properties in Paris are sound investiments, profitable over the medium term (7 to 10 years), and thus secure and reliable assets”.
