Creator of the “Art Homes” concept, Gérard Faivre deploys all his inspiration, talent and experience of over 16 years in proposing for sale luxury apartments and properties ready to move in. After conquering Provence, he has made Paris his muse, offering foreign clients turnkey homes with ultra-modern comfort : an instant success !

After restoring a “mas” acquired in Provence and when a neighbour fell for the charm of its metamorphosis, Gérard Faivre came up with the idea of selling homes “ready to move in”. Over the past two years, this Parisian by birth has captured the market of the City of Light. One agency and some 15 achievements later, his concept is winning a growing clientele : “The apartments I propose are intended exclusively for wealthy foreign clients looking to acquire a pied-à-terre in Paris. My concept offers maximum convenience from several points of view : it saves time, proposes an architect of worldwide renown, an all-round concept, an apartment never lived in, and a fixed price as no work is needed after the sale. It is a very convenient solution for this type of client who lives far away, and finds the luxury he is used to in my apartments”. Insisting on total freedom, the “art home-maker” never takes on commissions : “I am not looking for “carte blanche”, I don’t want my inspiration to be curbed in any way, I need total liberty. My concept works on the basis of love at first sight, the buyer falls for an apartment or not, it’s exactly the same as for a work of art”. Up-coming projects ? “Some apartments are in the pipeline, and I want to develop a new estate-agency concept which would propose properties for sale, turnkey apartments, inter­ior decorator services and those of a conciergerie. We are also planning to open a second agency on the Right Bank”. And when Gérard Faivre is asked about his dream, he sees himself far from Paris : “I would like to export my concept to St Barths, an island of which I am very fond, and where I would like to build homes”.
