The family firm created in Flayosc in 2013 by Rachel, the mother, and her son Kevin, joined by his wife Marion in 2019, has the wind in its sails, borne along by the success of the département of Le Var. As proven by the very recent opening of a second agency in Sainte-Maxime.

Among the agency’s most recent sales, he mentions a house of 250 m² in Lorgues, in good condition, with 4 bedrooms and an independent studio, in 7,000 m² of grounds, acquired by clients from the Savoy region wanting to benefit from sunshine in Le Var when they reach retirement.
English buyers looking for a holiday home have also made an offer on a property built in the years 2000, with 3 bedrooms, a pool and pool-house, in grounds of 2,500 m², in a rural setting near Flayosc, priced at 650,000 €. Lastly, Parisian clients wanting to entertain their children and grand-children acquired a 4-bedroomed villa in Sainte-Maxime for 1.8 million euros, in need of renovation costing from 300,000 to 400,000 euros, facing the Mediterranean and parasol pines.
The clientele is shared out equally between main and second residences, and also between French and foreign buyers.
