GROUPE MICHEL PASTOR, A STRONG SENSE OF SERVICE
In launching its subsidiary “La Conciergerie”, dedicated to the satisfaction and well-being of its residents, this group in Monaco meets their requirements for exclusiveness and bespoke services.
The attractiveness of a residence always depends on its location and the appreciation aroused by the presentation of its premises. The Groupe Michel Pastor of Monaco has introduced a new factor : it proposes an ecosystem of services through its subsidiary, “La Conciergerie”, exclusively for its residents. This activity is handled by the Centre Immobilier Pastor (CIP). Its Commercial Manager, Aïleen Fabre, reveals this benchmark proposal.
“It is inspired by the amenities proposed by prestigious hotels, but has been considerably enriched. It encompasses all everyday activities : healthcare, well-being, domiciliation, postal services, reservations, assistance. Our aim is to facilitate our residents’ daily lives, organize a special moment, but also to oversee simple tasks. We propose several dozen services through more than 100 providers selected on the basis of strict reliability criteria and execution of proven quality. Our residents formulate their requirements with the teams in charge in each of the Group’s residences, 24/7. These teams ensure follow-up of their instructions in a totally transparent way : for each request, the resident always has a choice between two service providers. We have based our proposal on two criteria : the evolving needs of our residents, to which we respond, and our own specific services. In this case, our latest creation, MoNa Résidence, offers a restaurant, a gym, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna... Infrastructures envisaged when the residence was designed. In other residences, renovations and restructuring present the opportunity to design new spaces meeting residents’ needs. In addition to these specific amenities, there is thus a common thread of identical services in all our residences. In the case of transport, it is possible to rent a chauffeur-driven limousine as well as different kinds of vehicles, to make a reservation for a trip by plane, helicopter or boat, but also to find service providers specialising in cleaning, maintenance and repairs. Luxury real estate is an ultra-competitive sector. La Conciergerie enables us to enrich our offerings and stand out from the competition : we are the only ones in the Principality to provide this fully integrated service.”
