Immobilière Dabreteau explores a wide array of properties and covers different markets. “We offer properties ranging from studios to private mansions, and cover all the arrondissements in Lyon, as well as the first ring and Villeurbanne,” says Olivier Dabreteau. “Our prices range from 50,000 to 5 million euros. We recently sold the Château de la Brigandière (tax office) in Ecully for 1,680,000 €.” On the subject of Lyon’s property market, he adds : “The market is very lively, Lyon is an attractive city, forward-looking and strategically positioned. The emergence of neighbourhoods such as Confluence are giving the town a new dimension. Property prices have soared by 10% in just one year in sought-after neighbourhoods such as the 2nd and 6th arrondissements. We are now seeing an average price of 4,000 € per sq.m, though 7,000 to 8,000 € per sq.m are easily attained by prestigious properties. Over the past 8 years, we have built relationships based on trust with our clients, mostly families from Lyon, by honing the quality of our services and being attentive to their requirements.
