The number of monthly enquiries has doubled since May 2020, and we have completed almost 40 % more sales in 2021 versus 2020. We are seeing real frenzy. Today’s market is clearly a sellers’ market, with rising prices, of over 10 to 15 % depending on the area, and also a market borne along 75 % by a French clientele. Real estate is seen as an ultra-safe haven. Before, people dreamed of a house in Provence, today they buy a home in Provence ! The pandemic has overthrown all the rules, quality living conditions have become a priority. 9 out of 10 sales do not in fact need a mortgage, buyers place their savings in bricks and mortar.
