Knight Frank côte d’azur, 20 years of success
Making everyone’s real estate dreams come true, such is the promise made by the Knight Frank group which celebrated the 20th anniversary of its Riviera agency in June. Commitment, hard work and devotion have ensured constant growth for the firm on the Côte d’Azur’s property market, and a reputation extending well beyond the boundaries of the South of France. Encounter with Fredrik Lilloe, Director of the Knight Frank Côte d’Azur agency
With four branches strategically positioned between Mougins and Saint Jean-Cap-Ferrat, the Côte d’Azur agency established its presence on the local luxury property market since its launch in 2001 before joining the Knight Frank group and attaining the rank of a leader.
Two decades of experience which validate sound expertise based on in-depth knowledge of the various areas, and backed by excellent service and discerning advice explaining the loyalty of a demanding, wealthy clientele from all four corners of the world.
“For 20 years, we committed ourselves to seeing that our clients’ projects were achieved, thus becoming the best advisors for those wanting to buy or sell a property in our magnificent region,” explains Fredrik Lilloe. On the subject of today’s market, he adds : “The latest edition of our Prime France Report, which presents the trends of the real estate market in France, revealed several points of interest. Firstly, prices for prestige properties has remained particularly stable all over the Côte d’Azur, and this, despite excellent performance in certain sectors. Even though French and Monégasque buyers filled the gap left by international clients subjected to Covid restrictions, the number of offerings on the coast meant that price rises could be contained, making the period highly conducive to investment. Foreign buyers are, however, back, together with “Re-pats”, ie. French people who were living abroad and who, drawn by its lifestyle, now wish to settle in the South of France. Finally, the “race for space” induced by the pandemic is still being fought, with growing demand for villas. Each day, we see encouraging new signs for the region’s tourist industry and the dynamism of the local real estate sector, such as the announcement that the Cannes Film Festival and MIPIM are to be held in Cannes”.
