METAMORPHOSIS FOR MOBILIS PARIS
15 years and a new page in its history : Mobilis Paris is innovating by transforming its agencies into real living places. Like private drawing-rooms with velvet sofas, fireplaces, flowers, coffee tables and large screens, the concept behind these agencies aims to build closer contacts with the clientele. Encounter with Alexandre Moisset, CEO of the Mobilis group and initiator of this new project…
Driven by a taste for excellence and ranked among the leaders in luxury and exceptional real estate on the Parisian market, Mobilis Paris has stepped up its development by rethinking the entire concept behind its agencies. Drawing inspiration from private salons for high-end jewellery and "haute couture", this new backcloth revolutionizes the approach to clients and their reception by restoring essential values. "In distancing ourselves from the formal and standardized approach pursued by traditional estate agencies, we wanted to focus on the human aspect of each transaction and restore real meaning to the notion of trust," explains Alexandre Moisset. "According to surveys we undertook before launching this project, the acquisition of a property often proves to be a source of anxiety for buyers. Our initiative aims to alleviate these negative feelings, enhance the experience of buying, and reassure our clients throughout the various procedures. Welcoming our clients in elegant lounges with large screens and touch tablets, installing them comfortably on sofas around tea or coffee, adds serenity to this important step in their lives, allows for clearer communication thanks to new technologies, and gives priority to calm discussion." Already visible in the historic agency on Rue Marbeuf, the new decor is also underway in the new agency on the Left Bank and should be completed in May. Meanwhile, the Mobilis group, active in 12 countries worldwide, is reasserting its reputation in the capital and expressing its new identity by modifying its name, now Mobilis Paris, creator of emotions since 2003.
