The sale or acquisition of a property often proves to be a source of anxiety. Basing itself on this observation, the Mobilis group took the initiative in 2017 of revamping the entire presentation of its agencies to add serenity to the proceedings, and now receives its clients in elegant lounges. Furthermore, as Alexandre Moisset explains : “When we redesigned the agencies’ decor, we also reviewed the group’s baseline, which became “Mobilis, creator of emotions since 2003’’. In our line of work, our role is to share our clients’ enthusiasm but also to address any negative feelings. The human approach is our rallying cry : it means being attentive to our clients’ needs, getting to know them, taking the time necessary with each of them and providing support before, during and after. Acquiring a property is not just signing a deed of sale, it represents much more. We recently met a family with three children whose father had just passed away. They had inherited a very large apartment near Les Invalides. The aim was to sell this apartment and, with the proceeds, find three apartments for the children while keeping a certain sum for the mother. The first step was to put everyone’s mind at rest. We thus enlisted the help of experts : a notary, tax advisor, property manager, to set up a suitable legal structure. In parallel, I appointed a team of four agents to start looking for the three apartments. In six months, we succeeded in selling the family apartment, finding three apartments almost simultaneously, and keeping some cash for the mother. True teamwork, which proved to be a real success and which, in my opinion, gives real meaning to the estate agent’s profession”.
