After a 20-year career in investment banking between London and Paris, Patrick Peris opened the high-end Paris Capital estate agency in 2014, a franchise of the worldwide Coldwell Banker network. He then handpicked a team of experienced and multi-cultural consultants. “I wanted to join and participate in a worldwide network with which I was already familiar,” he explains. “In the prestige real-estate sector, my expertise in handling legal, tax-related and financial issues represents real added value when assisting foreign clients in their transactions. This is the factor which distinguishes our agency, given that in a property transaction, two-thirds of the matters to be addressed are of a financial nature.” To assist in the structuring of its clients’ acquisitions, Paris Capital has set up various partnerships : “Our clients are looking for unique properties.
