The fine ascent of the groupe Féau
A leader for high-end properties in Paris and on its near western outskirts, the Groupe Féau has posted a record number of transactions despite the Covid crisis. Though the scope of the brand extends well beyond Paris with successful development in the South of France and, just recently, in Deauville. Meet Nicolas Pettex-Muffat, General Manager of the Groupe Féau and Belles Demeures de France…
A benchmark group in prestige real estate, Féau can pride itself on impressive success that can be summed up in these figures : in 2021, the group orchestrated one out of every two transactions in Paris and on its near perimeter for properties worth over 3 million euros, and this in spite of Covid and the absence of an international clientele.
Borne along by this exceptional dynamism, the group, already operating in Aix-en-Provence, the Luberon and Marseille, has several agencies in the pipeline for 2022. “We have just opened an agency in Deauville, a seaside resort much appreciated by Parisians, and we are planning more launches in attractive towns,” says Nicolas Pettex-Muffat.
Nicolas Pettex-Muffat joined the Agence Daniel Féau as Marketing Director in 2006, rising two years later to the position of General Manager of the group. Daniel Féau, 21 rue d’Artois, Paris 8 (01 84 79 86 15). www.danielfeau.com

“Our agencies in the South of France immediately received a fantastic reception, which encourages us to pursue our development. The quality of the highly collaborative work accomplished by our team members combined with unconditional respect for confidentiality enables us to win the loyalty of demanding sellers who often entrust us with mandates as their sole agent.” On the subject of the Parisian market, he explains :
“Despite the absence of foreign clients, the Groupe Féau has recorded a rise of 120% in sales of properties worth over 3 million euros in Paris and on its near perimeter, a staggering boom ! We are, however, fast developing our activity in the price bracket ranging from 1 to 3 million euros. One thing is sure : the appeal of real estate is being confirmed among the French, becoming a source of everyday enjoyment and, more than ever before, a safe haven. The appeal of large surface areas, houses and outdoor areas in Paris and up-market communes around the capital is seeing exponential growth. For the year to come, our only concern is a lack of high-end properties. I therefore launch an appeal to sellers : don’t hesitate to come see us !”.
