Today’s market suffers from incomprehension between buyers and sellers who often fail to find common ground. Making travel more problematic, healthcare restrictions complicate the situation, and transactions are sometimes frozen in time. I am fortunate to have created, since the start, little films presenting properties with a real scenography, triggering visits and acquisitions among buyers. Market reality is undergoing change, and I think it will inevitably see a reasonable decline in prices in the coming months, which could then restore liveliness to the market. 2021 ? I remain optimistic : real estate is more than ever a safe haven.”
