The new face of Mobilis
At ease in its era and keeping a close eye on evolutions in the property market, the Mobilis group is accelerating its development by totally rethinking the concept on which its agencies are based. A wide-ranging project piloted by Alexandre Moisset, CEO of this group which is also opening a new agency on the Left Bank before the end of the year.
Ranked among the leaders in luxury and exceptional properties on the Parisian market, the Mobilis group founded in 2001 by Alexandre Moisset is writing a new page in its history. Already fuelled by a taste for excellence in consultancy and the quality of its services, Mobilis is raising its standards by another notch. “Motivated by a desire to innovate, we have enlisted architects and consultancy firms over the past six months to carry out surveys among our clients and rethink our approach,” explains Alexandre Moisset. “Our agencies are to be brought up to the minute and will break with the traditional codes followed by the profession. Cosier and more intimate, they will be designed as elegant lounges in apartments where our clients will be welcomed as private individuals sharing a coffee. We are also adopting the latest hi-tech tools for our presentations : iPads, giant screens and virtual reality. The aim is to restore real meaning to the notion of trust which we see as essential in the serene accomplishment of each transaction.” The original agency on Rue Marbeuf has been chosen as the pilot address to express the group’s new identity. Just a few months of patience : work will commence in July and the new decor will be unveiled after the summer holidays. Optimistic about this project, but also about developments in the property market, Alexandre Moisset believes that : “Real estate is the safest investment of all, especially in Paris which benefits from international renown. The capital’s appeal has become even stronger over the past few months, particularly with the return of foreign buyers, notably from Asia, who are turning their attention from London to invest in Paris”.
