VANEAU INAUGURATES ITS FLAGSHIP
In 2023, Vaneau consolidated its presence in Paris by opening a new agency of over 550 m2 a stone’s throw from the Place du Trocadéro. Backed by over 50 years of experience in prestige real estate, this group directed by Michel Pelège confirms its status on the high-end market. Encounter…
Driven by the desire to reinvent the client experience by constantly introducing more comfort and more services, Vaneau inaugurated a new agency of flamboyant elegance in July, on Avenue Raymond Poincaré. On three floors and decorated in partnership with Ligne Roset/Cinna, this showcase adopts the intimate codes of a luxury apartment, offering numerous cosy lounge areas, a connected salon, and a private conference room.
“Despite all the recent on-line developments, we are convinced that a physical agency still has a bright future thanks to its integration into the local community, its proximity to the clientele and, of course, the quality of its reception and the services it can propose, centered around human contact and enhancement of the client relationship,” explains Vaneau’s President, Michel Pelège.

Handling sales, management, “viagers”, new properties, financing, but also wealth and asset management, the agency sees that its clients benefit from the entire range of Vaneau’s services, a proposal making this group a unique player on the property market. This summer, in parallel to its Parisian development, Vaneau also opened the doors of a new agency in Marrakesh, assisting clients in their plans for rentals, permanent or second residences. On the subject of the Parisian market, Michel Pelège adds : “Sometimes hard to grasp, the current context does not prevent us from being optimistic for the year end.
The high number of properties for sale in our portfolio, new awareness on the part of sellers who are starting to adjust their prices, the realisation of buyers that interest rates will not fall for a long while and that their plans for acquisition should therefore not be postponed, all lead us to believe that the market is going to flow more smoothly again, and that the correction towards lower sales prices in Paris will not last”.
