In April 2024, one year to the day after the launch of Off Real Estate - exceptional and off-market real estate in Paris -, its founder Sandrine Diouf, born in the Phocaean City, inaugurated the agency in Marseille

On the strength of partnerships in New York and Asia, Sandrine Diouf is actively searching for four apartments in the same building for an American buyer. Among her most recent transactions, she mentions a property of 160 m2 on Rue de Grenelle, extended by a terrace of 25 m2 with a view of Paris and its landmarks. Reassured by the presence of 24/7 guardians, a European buyer paid 5 million euros up front. A Monégasque client then treated himself to an apartment of 90 m2 in perfect condition, facing the Elysée Palace on a top-security street, paying 20,000 € per sq.m.

The “turnkey property” is seeing real success on condition that quality is on the cards and the price makes sense, though renovation enables the buyer to make it his very own. Inauguration of the agency in Marseille forms part of a logical process, firstly to meet demand from Parisians looking for a new life, for relocation of a company or up-coming retirement in the sun, then that of a wider clientele falling for the charm of Le Panier, Le Roucas-Blanc, Les Goudes, the 6th, 7th and 8th arrondissements, a unique property such as a house right at the water’s edge priced at 30,000 € per sq.m.
