Opening up worlds and reconnecting them to create a dialogue between real estate and architecture was something worth thinking about - which they did ! From Marseille to Toulouse via Paris and Arcachon, Amandine and Se´bastien Coquerel have rolled out their successful concept in six towns in France. "Since launching our first agency in Marseille, now almost 10 years ago, we have focused on developing our activity on a national scale in towns which uphold a certain art of living and benefit from fine architecture," explains Amandine Coquerel. "Our agencies are designed as places for living with real living rooms, each one hosting a double team comprised of estate agents and architects. By combining these talents, we can offer our clients top-notch assistance, from acquisition of a property to its layout and decoration." 360° expertise which has drawn a clientele of esthetes : "Our clientele encompasses buyers aged from 20 to 70, with a majority of city-dwellers in their forties. We propose a wide range of homes, from small apartments to luxury villas. Our selection is based on a property's quality, its soul and architectural assets. We are sensitive to fine materials, light, and signature details. A studio revisited by one of our architects thus becomes a genuine showcase". Operating in Paris since 2021, in Le Marais, Archik received a warm welcome : "Our concept enables us to optimize lead times by appointing a single contact person, so that we can launch the architectural review as soon as the sales agreement is signed. A time-saver that Parisians appreciate". Art has also won a privileged position with Archik : "In our "Maisons Archik", we award a place of honour all year round to artists and designers. And we celebrate our favourites with exceptional collaborations by producing limited editions of certain works that are then proposed for sale". Last but not least, Archik explores its passion for all that is beautiful in an annual review dedicated to a flagship material. What else is on the agenda ?
