The average price range for front-row houses in Le Pyla lies between 20,000 and 35,000 € per sq. metre, and this type of property tops the market. For a beautiful view and high-spec appointments, one can expect to pay on average 17,000 € per sq. metre. As for Cap Ferret, prices range from 10,000 to 30,000 € per sq.metre depending on the property's overall condition, and from 30,000 to 55,000 € per sq. metre for outstanding front-row properties.
