United as friends, Charles Caccia and Re´my Joachimsmann created the "Charles & Re´my Immobilier" brand in 2018, now with two agencies in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Interview with this complementary pair motivated by empathy and professionalism, and backed by a team of seven sharing the same values.
The idea of creating an agency in their own names had already occurred to Charles and Re´my, and when the opportunity arose for premises in Saint-Ambroise, the two friends made their move. "We had been working for the same real estate group since 2011 and both wanted to take the next step to embody our vision of the trade," says Re´my Joachimsmann. "The strength of our duo is our complementarity based on shared values, and the desire to be much more than just salesmen of apartments and square metres ! As estate agents, our responsibility is wide-ranging : commercial, fiscal, legal, financial and, above all, human. We are motivated by closeness to our clients, empathy and a ready ear."

On the subject of the Parisian market, Charles and Re´my agree : "The positive point is the decline in mortgage rates, currently 3 % for sound borrowers, which has brought buyers back to the market. The negative aspect is France's political instability and the introduction of certain regulations setting a brake on activity. Encouraging signs have, however, been seen since September 2024, with apartments selling in just a few days without any bargaining. It is up to us to pursue our work conscientiously by providing sound advice for our clients, even if it is not always to our advantage".
