David Scheffler, Polo Properties

“Thanks to its focus on the luxury market, the magazine Résidences Immobilier is an important tool for us.”

At the head of Polo Properties, a new luxury real estate firm launched last February in Paris, David Scheffler, son of an estate agent and backed by 25 years of experience with German giant Engel & Völkers, shares his vision of the profession centered around human values. “Real estate is all about people,” he says.

“While technology is an efficient tool at the service of our teams, our model here at Polo Properties is based on fundamental aspects of our activity : proximity, trust, attentiveness, and besoke assistance. Our brand’s strong identity and its association with polo were self-evident for me. As a polo player myself, I defend the values inherent in this team sport requiring courage, ambition, precision and strategy, and its obvious references to luxury and lifestyle. In just a few months of activity, we already have about 100 mandates to our credit, including extraordinary properties from 30 to 40 million euros.
