“I had set my heart on this place for 35 years !” says Nathalie Garcin. “It is my favourite spot in Paris, I love everything about it. The atmosphere here is simply magical, the garden and the boutiques are superb, it has a very poetic soul to which I am very sensitive. I already approached this boutique five years ago, it belonged to Spanish entrepreneurs specializing in garden lighting, who kept it for three years without ever moving in. At the end of last year, they finally decided to sell. It took six months of refurbishment to restore its beauty. It benefits from three arcades, a room at the rear, a ravishing basement, and an entre-sol we have transformed into a living/dining-room. I want this address to be a place for living, I am going to hold lunches here, it is an ideal setting for receiving guests, and I adore entertaining ! It was love at first sight, and I am really happy that the project worked out.”

“For the past few months, it has not been easy. The market is suffering from the uncertainty of today’s context and an on-going crisis. Both buyers and sellers are being prudent and wary, they reflect a great deal before taking the plunge. Though, as always, luxury and ultra-luxury are not affected, and as soon as we find a real gem, it sells very rapidly”.
