MW Immobilier Cap-Ferret
Founded in 2006 by Carole Wangermez, MW Immobilier has become one of the essential players on the Cap Ferret peninsula in 18 years of activity. With two agencies - the second inaugurated in the spring of 2024 in the village of Petit Piquey -, MW Immobilier confirms its status as a highly trusted partner. Introducing its founder, Carole Wangermez.
MW Immobilier can be summed up as a team of six driven by the same values and ambitions, tailormade service, and an exclusive portfolio presenting properties of quality. "Our modest size and the seriousness which accompanies each of our undertakings have helped to build our reassuring image," says Carole Wangermez. "The team I rely on is solid and loyal, we work as one and, over all these years, have successfully built relationships based on trust and real proximity to our clients." A sector apart, the most expensive in Le Bassin d’Arcachon, Cap-Ferret is a market focusing on second residences and seasonal rentals. "The starting price for acquiring a Cap-Ferret villa is 1 million euros. Prices can rise above 2 million euros for outstanding properties on the front row. In our agencies, we present prestige properties but also charming wooden "cabanes" and apartments. Our area of activity encompasses the entire Cap-Ferret peninsula as far as its tip, including ten or so villages. The rental market, also involving this entire area, is lively from mid-June to mid-September, with an average price ranging from 4,000 to 6,000 € per week for a small 3-bedroomed villa, and up to 18,000 € per week for 5-bedroomed villas offering luxury services (conciergerie, housework...). In the prestige category on Cap-Ferret, you can also find properties to rent which are discreet and refined, and can attain 40,000 € per week." On the subject of the property market, Carole Wangermez explains : "After some very buoyant years, we are seeing a lull with the market undergoing self-regulation." And the future ? "Cap-Ferret always rouses special enthusiasm and will always be attractive."
