After 15 years with the two prestige agencies in the Cannes area, a decade-and-a-half in which she had the chance to sell the emblematic “Bagatelle”, “First Croisette” and “Villa Saint-Antoine”, Sophie Peirano launched herself successfully into the entrepreneurial adventure.


Her agency came into being in 2023. Barely opened, it already orchestrated two sales in the up-market sector on which its founder focuses, priced at 21 and 17 million euros. 2024 was devoted to structuring, creating the brand and its communication tools, while 2025 looks particularly promising with a team of 10 professionals, a fine line-up, but also “a guarantee of flexibility for an agency on a human scale and the freedom to contest hyper-sectorization dear to large groups”. Sophie Peirano is entirely dedicated to off-market deals and believes firmly in the “sole agency” approach, allowing for full concentration on the property and all-round assistance for the client, whether buyer or seller. She can indeed congratulate herself on completing three sales as sole agent in less than six months.
