Her agency came into being in 2023. Sophie Peirano is entirely dedicated to off-market deals and believes firmly in the “sole agency” approach, allowing for full concentration on the property and all-round assistance for the client, whether buyer or seller. She can indeed congratulate herself on completing three sales as sole agent in less than six months.
Hard work, availability, loyalty, respect and trust are key words for Sophie Peirano who has naturally drawn talented collaborators to join her team. Among the agency’s most recent sales, she mentions a renovated villa of 300 m2 in Super-Cannes presented on a co-agent basis, offering five suites and a sea view, acquired as a second residence for 4.7 million euros by a Parisian buyer, and a 1920’s town house of 200 m2 with five bedrooms and a pool in La Basse-Californie, meeting the dream of an ex-pat from Singapore. Buyers expect estate agents to have in-depth knowledge of the market, regulations and fiscal matters, real astuteness in terms of advice, and readiness to provide all-round assistance. While Sophie Peirano Real Estate is active in the Festival City and developing its activity on Cap d’Antibes, in Mougins and the hinterland behind Cannes, it targets the entire Co^te d’Azur and sound partnerships with foreign agencies. Currently, Middle Eastern buyers are making a comeback, and numerous Americans are arriving, sometimes with budgets exceeding 30 million euros.
