The restaurant Source has taken up its quarters on a small lively street in the Saint-Germain neighbourhood, a stone’s throw from Rue de Buci. An intimate dining-room all clad in blue, seating 18 guests. At the controls, a high-flying team led by the young chef Jules Recoquillon (ex Apicius and Cinq) whose gastronomic cuisine is served in 5 or 7 courses, each dish both dazzling and a real treat.
