Nestling in a Parisian mansion once accommodating the apartments of the Marquis de La Fayette, this majestic setting re-invented by architect Tristan Auer (Le Crillon, Les Bains) unfurls a cocktail bar and three interconnecting dining-rooms. Chef Shuhei Yamashita’s menu proposes essentials of Japanese cuisine (Teriyaki, Maki, Gyozas), fragrant raw fish, and meat grilled on the “robata”, the famous lava stone grill.
