Christophe Louie, maestro of the “panettone”, has just inaugurated his first Parisian address in Le Haut Marais. This fully trained pastry-chef who has worked for Jules Verne and Le Meurice has developed a passion for baking. In this gourmet shop, he proposes a rich array of special breads based on natural yeast and traditional wheats, knock-out pastries made on the premises (the flan is a gem) and, of course, his famous “panettone”of unbelievable lightness.
