Inaugurated in 2010 by 2-star Chef Bruno Oger, the Villa Archange has just become a member of “Relais & Châteaux”. This authentic 18th-C. Provençal building restored as per the rules of the art offers an enchanting setting for lunch or dinner in the courtyard, in the shade of age-old trees. As for the dishes, the Chef revamps Mediterranean classics with pertinent touches of flair, such as artichoke salad with a lettuce and white onion sauce, line-caught sea-bass with lemongrass.
