A listed monument and a legendary address, the Café de la Paix has been sumptuously renovated and set back on the path to excellence thanks to the talent of chef Christophe Raoux (“Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, 2015). The new spring menu takes a fresh look at seasonal produce featuring, among other things, a creamy soup of Méréville cress, turbot, asparagus, vegetables including a “Parmentier” and, of course, awesome desserts.
