Second time around for Bältis which, after conquering Le Marais last year, doubles down in the gourmet neighbourhood of Montorgueil ! All aboard for Lebanon with ice-creams with oriental flavours and ingredients sourced from organic agriculture. To celebrate this second address, two new flavours have appeared on the menu : an addictively smooth thyme/olive-oil ice-cream, and a sorbet with dried figs relished like candy. Yummy !
