On Quai de Tournelle, facing the Boulangerie de la Tour, Le Triporteur is back to enchant the summer. This year the assignment has been entrusted to David Wesmaël, “Meilleur Ouvrier de France Glacier” and founder of the ice-cream parlour. In the containers, an enticing selection of ice-creams and sorbets to relish in tubs or cornets, accompanied by gourmet toppings. All the flavours are there : raspberry, hazelnut chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and, our favourite, irresistible nougat with honey.
